ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sales Manager will drive the development and implementation of account management targeting prospective customers, current customers, and other key contacts vital to generating sales opportunities. The Sales Manager will be the central point of contact within KSA market and must be comfortable with ambiguously defined problems, challenges, and can balance thinking with tactical, detailed execution.


Key responsibilities include

Defining & Executing clear strategic objectives for the Acct. Mgmt. team in-line with the Business Strategy

Deliver revenue against pre-defined targets and objectives

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the restaurant landscape and build tactical initiatives to improve Careem's position in the market

Build and maintain ongoing communications with the regional resources, such as marketing, sales management, technical support etc to ensure a transparent and co-ordinated approach for the Food business in KSA

Provide a regular reporting to ensure other team members, as well as operations and corporate support, are fully informed of the latest actions and information.

Travel on regular basis and with limited supervision

Coach and develop the account management team on key relationship development tactics and skills to maintain preferential business relationships with partners

Establish and maintain the professional business relationships with our targeted customers and partners

Ensure that key accounts receive the required level of  service across all internal functions within the organization to maintain smooth business relationships

Educate customers and prospects on our propositions and services

ABOUT YOU

5-6 years of consultancy, technology sales experience

Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent presentation skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or related degree required

FMCG background managing key accounts is a plus
