Job Summary

A manufacturing company of medical devices is looking for a native English speaking Personal Assistant to the CEO.


Responsibilities

Arranging travel, visas and accommodation for CEO Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.

Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.

Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments

Dealing with incoming email, faxes, and post, often corresponding on behalf of the CEO

Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for the meetings; preparing and sending minutes of the meetings accordingly

Coordinating with HR for matters involving the Higher Management

Reviewing company processes and making changes if necessary, for improvement
