Job Description
Leading Construction Company in Dubai is looking for GENERAL MANAGER for their UAE Operations. The candidate should be proven working experience in Construction Management with responsibility for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of projects as follows.
Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
Carrying out an in-depth review of program, deliverables and estimate costs.
Overseeing all off-site and on-site construction to ensure Compliance with specifications and current regulations.
Co-ordinate and direct workers and subcontractors.
Selection of plant and equipment and monitor outputs.
Expert Knowledge in consulting and contracts.
Qualification ,Experience and Other details
Education : construction qualifications and accreditations required
Experience : 10 plus years Managerial experience with large, multinational construction firms
Age : Age late 40's to early 50's
