Job Description
Overall mission The CSO, set and communicate strategic priorities, drive forward new innovations, develop and maintain great relationships with key strategic alliances. He is a visionary and plans things for the long term. Responsible for future revenue generating ideas & alliances. The person will need to have strategic clarity, lead new product innovations, create quality strategic relationships, all while leading the teams towards their objectives. Responsibilities/Duties
New Projects
Take the lead of new projects and get them live until their MVP stage
Grow the MVP project and make it reach a certain stage of development
Handle the new projects from A to Z through experienced project leaders
R&D
Drive new product innovations that meet the next stage of customer demands
Constantly develop existing products
Creating a unique advantage with innovations that will put us always in the lead
Strategic Alliances
Develop high-functioning relationships with strategic alliances
Maintain existing strategic alliances and build teams around it
Always seeking new partnerships that will fuel the growth of the company
Fund
Act as an incubator for potential start-ups that are in synergy with our core industry
Deploy the fund with small ticket sizes as seed funding for intra-peneurs with strategic ideas that compliment ArabyAds core activities
Identify & evaluate marketing or resources for equity opportunities
Candidate’s Key Attributes
Skills
Digital Media experience
Managed a diversified team cross functions
Proven record of successful project launches
Experience in alliances , partnerships, relationship building
Familiar with fundraising and dealing with investors
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent management and organization skills
In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
Education
Bachelor Degree in Business
MBA is a Plus
Fluent in English
Experience
Proven experience in Strategic roles in a Tech and Start-up environment
15 years of experience
