Job Summary

This crucial role supports the Vice President of a leading organsation with international operations across the globe.  You will be responsible for extensive calendar management, coordinating and organizing complex executive meetings, including drafting agendas and taking minutes as well as ensuring that the Vice President is well briefed in advance.

You will be required to prepare daily, weekly and monthly diary commitments and reports and interface with executive board members and their PA’s.

Requirements

This is a demanding role and requires a professional Executive Assistant with a wealth of relevant experience to hit the ground running and value in their role as the VP’s ‘right hand man’.

A confident, organized and personable nature combined with a willingness to commit to this role is required, as is a smart professional appearance, excellent command of English and strong computer knowledge including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
