Leveraging on the tremendous success of AliPay+, we are now creating new services and tools for further growth. This role will help bring to market and develop AliPay+ Global Remittance.
Our vision is to provide more inclusive and convenient payment and financial solutions for global cross-border consumers and sellers, you will be a key member of Ant Group international team to help achieve company’s global vision.
What you’ll do:
Partnering with over 100 global money transfer operators and financial institutions, Ant and Alipay+ Global Remittance provides customers with secure, convenient, and inclusive P2P transfer, tuition payment, and payroll services in more than 200 countries and regions across the world

    Target the growth of Ant's Global Remittance business and integrate internal and external resources to drive rapid user growth.
    Independently develop cross-border remittance user growth strategies and be responsible for user growth model construction, new user acquisition, user retention operation, and optimize user growth plan through data tracking and analysing.
    Manage the full life cycle of cross-border remittance users while develop and execute effective plans to improve user acquisition, retention, and conversion rate.
    Built user rewards system for cross-border remittances, develop multi-channel traffic plans to empower business growth goals.
    Data-driven and result-oriented and able to design efficient growth experiments to optimize user conversion funnels and explore new user growth methods.

What we’re looking for:

    Deep experience in Internet product/super app operations and/or user growth.
    Analytical/data focused, clear logical thinking, strong communication skills, coordination and execution ability.
    Understanding the best practices of Internet product growth and able to learn quickly and innovate continuously.
    Familiarity in a complex matrix environment - excellent teamwork, and able to coordinate cross-functional cross-departmental to solve complex problems.
    Experienced in international markets, user 0-1 program development and operation, cross-border remittance industry experience or cross-cultural work experience is preferred although not mandatory.
    Consideration for a marketing focused/lead user growth specialist – familiar with traffic and branding resources, related programmes etc. will be considered

Purpose of the Job

Ensure that customs compliance policies are developed, maintained, and implemented across the Aramex Network. The position is responsible to streamline customs clearance processes by maintaining close working relationship with customs operations leaders and brokers (internal and external)/stakeholders, ensuring full compliance with customs regulations.
Job Description

•    Ensure that all customs clearance operations comply with relevant country-specific laws, regulations and global industry standards.
•    Develop, maintain and implement customs compliance policies and procedures related to day-to-day clearance operations to streamline processes across Aramex network.
•    Execute job responsibilities systematically and on a country-by-country basis according to priority and agreed annual plans. The focus will remain on customs clearance operations in coordination with other cross-functional areas such as Finance, Tax, Risk and Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit.
•    Develop and maintain close working relationships with Operations leaders, both internal and external brokers/stakeholders in all countries, to understand customs procedures and regulations and to ensure full compliance.
•    Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks within the company's Express Operations.
•    Conduct inspections and regular internal audits of customs documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory policies, external and internal standards, and submission of customs import declarations that include accurate information and proper classification of goods according to the Harmonized System (HS), invoices, certificates, and approvals. Audits to be carried out based on random sampling of shipment data and supporting documents, in coordination with other relevant and cross-functional departments, where needed.
•    Conduct regular audits on 3rd party brokers/agents to ensure operational compliance with existing contractual clauses and obligations, as signed off by the Global Risk and Compliance Team, to mitigate any future liabilities for Aramex.
•    Prepare and present compliance and non-compliance reports and audit results periodically, identifying trends and addressing issues to ensure continuous improvement in customs processes.
•    Investigate, manage and follow up on corrective actions related to operational compliance incidents and breaches based on audit findings and reports.
•    Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting for all customs audits.
•    Promote best practices and provide training, guidance and education to employees on customs compliance matters and regulations.
•    Coordinate and share identified high-risk areas with the Global Risk and Compliance Team to agree on necessary courses of actions to mitigate these risks.
•    Support and assist in automating customs processes and related initiatives, wherever applicable.
Job Responsibilities - Experience and Education

•    Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or in related fields.
•    Minimum of 8 years of experience in customs operations and compliance management, preferably within the Express Industry.
•    Comprehensive understanding of import laws, customs regulations and procedures.
•    Advanced degrees or certifications in customs compliance and import regulations can be advantageous.
•    Proven track record of managing import customs clearance processes, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
•    Strong analytical skills and knowledge in MS Office.
•    Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
•    Must be willing and able to travel as needed.
•    Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•    Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders and the management team.

Summary Of The Role:

As the Social Cluster lead, one will act as the eyes, ears and voice of The Coca Cola Company and its brands across all social channels.

The lead is responsible for overseeing the social strategy, execution, and reporting for a cluster of markets. This role acts as the primary liaison between the SX Social Lead, CCTM & non CCTM Category Directors, IMX Social Lead, and regional/market teams, ensuring alignment and successful implementation of social media strategies. The Social Cluster Director is also responsible for managing multi-market social charters and toolkits, driving key decision-making, and ensuring high-quality deliverables in line with local market needs and global brand guidelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Team Management & Social-First Thinking
        Manage and mentor a team of community managers and analysts, promoting social-first thinking and innovative approaches to audience engagement.
        Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging creativity, data-driven decision-making, and proactive problem-solving.
    Regional Leadership & Key Point of Contact
        Act as the primary liaison for SX Social Lead and IMX Social Lead, ensuring that the needs of the region and market are met in a timely and effective manner.
        Collaborate with Social Category Directors and Managers to ensure smooth operations and execution of market-specific social strategies.
    Strategic Planning & Integration
        Actively participate and integrate into the XP loop process of local charters
        Own, plan, schedule, execute, and report on the multi-market charter toolkit setup for MER
        Oversee the alignment of local strategies with global and regional goals, ensuring consistency and market relevance.
        Drive decision-making around social charters and ensure key stakeholders are consulted and engaged throughout the process.
    Social Strategy Execution & Support
        Oversee the delivery and execution of market-relevant social strategies through local brand campaigns and briefs.
        Ensure all social strategies are aligned with broader brand goals and tailored to each market's needs.
        Support local teams in implementing and adapting global strategies to fit local markets, providing necessary resources and tools.
    Quality Control & Content Approval
        Ensure the quality of all social deliverables, managing the production and approval process of assets where necessary.
        Conduct regular reviews of social content to maintain consistency, relevance, and effectiveness.
        Oversee the delivery of creative assets to ensure they meet brand standards and market objectives.
    Risk & Issue Management
        Identify and manage risks associated with social media strategies and campaigns, escalating issues to senior stakeholders as needed.
        Ensure timely resolution of challenges while maintaining the integrity of the campaign's objectives.
    Market Engagement & Cultural Insights
        Participate actively in relevant in-market meetings with local SX teams, providing valuable input and feedback on local social initiatives.
        Stay updated on cultural events, social trends, and news stories that could impact brand engagement and audience interaction.
        Provide strategic recommendations on how to capitalize on key cultural moments and trends to drive brand relevance.
        Partner with local social platforms and build a striong relationship, host regular workshops to drive social innovation for the region
    Financial Management & Operations
        Oversee the financial operation between WPP and TCCC, ensuring that market budgets are well-managed and deliverables are met within scope.
        Work closely with finance teams to monitor, track, and report on social budget spend and ROI.

KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES:

    Strategic Leadership: Strong decision-making and leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams across multiple markets.
    Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and strategies, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive results.
    Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with a range of stakeholders, including senior leadership, local market teams, and creative agencies.
    Cultural Sensitivity: Deep understanding of local market dynamics and cultural nuances across the Middle East, with the ability to tailor strategies accordingly.
    Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on timely execution and quality delivery.
    Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and insights to optimize campaigns and provide recommendations for improving social performance.

    Financial Acumen: Understanding of budget management and financial processes related to.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    Arabic speaking, FMCG Social Experience.
    Extensive experience in the Saudi Arabian market, particularly in platform insights, strategy, and executing campaigns that resonate with local audiences.
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    8+ years of experience in social media management or a similar role, preferably within a large, multi-market organization.
    Experience working in the Middle East market or other culturally diverse environments.
    Proven track record in managing large-scale social campaigns and cross-functional teams.
