 Job Overview:

Senior Quality Inspector (Source Inspection) has responsibilities for the source inspection at the supplier facility an preparation of relevant repods in the respective project and reporting to Source Inspection Manager (Project) or Projec Quality Manager/ Senior Project Quality Manager and functionally repotting to Source Inspection Manager (Area).
      
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspection at supplier's premises/site, to determine product conformity to PO/PR, drawings and technical specifications through inspection and tests in accordance with Quality Plans/lTPs. Appraises product Quality. Liaise with Manager Assurance (PQMs), Vendor Inspection Coordinator (VIC), Package Manager/Engineer, Assurance Specialist, Discipline Engineer, Expeditor, Cedifying Authority, Customer, Suppliers.
  • Assigned as lead inspector to cany out inspection activities on critical packages, in accordance with the approved Inspection and Test Plan or Quality Control Plan to ensure assure product Quality in a timely manner. All Inspection shall be carried out based on approved documents as per the updated latest SDRL issued by the document control. Appraises product Quality in accordance with the Purchase Orders/Purchase Requisitions, Technical Specifications, drawings and Quality Plans.
  • Ensure no open NCR on the equipment / package prior to release.
  • Witness Factory Acceptance Test in accordance with the approved procedure and project specification.
  • Conduct quality audit and/or surveillance as required to assess the compliance of the supplier to the approved procedures and to verify effectiveness of Supplier Quality System.
  • Receive, review/study inspection assignment package prior to pre-inspection meeting. Review Lessons Learned website prior to statt of work.
  • Identify change and progress issues if any and liaise with Package Manager and Manager Assurance.
  • Attend Pre-Inspection Meetings, Kick-off meeting, Pre-production meetings etc, as required
  • Inspection and Test plan shall be signed off for the inspections he has witnessed/pefformed and a Supplier Inspection Repon (SIR) shall be prepared for the same. All Inspection results needs to be documented and if any non-conformances exist documentation shall be raised to establish corrective action and close out.
  • When in process inspections are carried out and inspector identifies outstanding work, this shall be recorded in a punch list format and shall be attached to the Supplier inspection repod/lnspection release photographs/test repoHs to be attached as required,
  • Monitor the document requirements of the project from the beginning to as it progresses to the final data dossier in accordance with the approved Manufacturers Data Record or Quality dossier index.
  • Stamp and sign all documents/test reports/certificates reviewed, inspections witnessed.
  • Provide support and training to Quality Inspector (Source Inspection)
  • Proactively informing suppliers about the lessons learned of past projects through lessons learned sessions.

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering / Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 8+ years' experience in source inspection of valve and piping components, including wΓ©lding inspection, NDE, painting, witness Factory Acceptance Test of valves.

Preferred Qualifications and Education:

  • ASNT, CSWIP 3.1, BGAS, NACE Qualification 
  • Auditor Cettification

  • MENA client's approval as source inspector

 Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Be fully conversant with company and client HSES policies, procedures and associated documentation. Ensure company HSES policies and procedures are implemented consistently and effectively. Review HSES documentation as requested.

Role Summary: You will be responsible for timely attendance to outward and inward remittance investigations related to the Group’s retail and corporate clientele. while doing so, you will adhere to the approved policy/ procedures and related processes in place to ensure smooth working and minimum escalations due to negligence or non prioritization
Role Descrioption: 

Perform daily balancing of the related suspense/ transit accounts used for processing outward/ inward remittance requests and notifying the Supervisor Remittance of long outstanding transactions that have not yet been cleared for initiation of timely follow-up in this regard, and thereby help avoid any losses to the Group on account of such transactions.

Perform a daily check on all received queries swift/email to ensure that nothing is left unattended on a particular day.

Provide adequate and efficient remittance processing services to internal customers (viz. QNB domestic branches) and thereby help them serve external customers in a more efficient manner, resulting in increased external customer satisfaction levels.

Adhere to the established processes and controls (automated/ manual) to prevent/ detect the transfer of funds to/ from potentially suspect countries, banks, individuals, entities to ensure compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) rules/ regulations.

Adhere to the existing and approved policies/ procedures pertaining to processing of outward/ inward remittances and applicable QCB regulations in this regard.

Constantly strive to reduce the outstanding enquiries related to remittance transactions

Ensure all queries received during the day are attended to and that follow up and escalations and done accurately and in a timely manner and that any pending items are identified and promptly attended to on the following day.

Ensure that all open Reconciliation items and attended to each day

Ensure that all emails are accurately and timely responded to each day with escalations if required

Ensure that all transactions done as a result of investigations are properly supported with documents and approvals

Maintain adequate documentation on each case with respect to the investigation process in line with the policy/ procedures and pertinent regulatory requirements.

Maintain utmost confidentiality with respect to information pertaining to fund transfers.
Qualifications: 

University Degree (Graduate) seasoned with Minimum 3-4 years of remittance operations or related experience in banking operations

Role       : Relationship Manager
Location : Abu Dhabi

Role Purpose:
  • To manage an assigned existing portfolio and a list of Target Market potential prospects for acquisition towards achieving financial targets (including but no limit to revenue, new net revenue, volume, cross-sell ratio, ROE, and ROA) and overall customer satisfaction
  • To be fully involved and primarily responsible for account strategy and business growth
Key Accountabilities of the role     

 

Relationship management

  • Manage assigned portfolio of focus relationships (~10 for Large Corps, ~25 for Middle Market Corps and ~20 for Government)
  • Achieve financial targets assigned in line with portfolio handled (e.g. total revenues, revenue from treasury products, revenue from cash management, RORC, etc.)
  • Ensure regular interaction with clients to address any banking/financial needs and increase ADIB share of wallet
  • Conduct joint client calls with product partners (CFIB, Treasury, GTS) as per the account plan to identify opportunities to deepen relationship
  • Work closely with customer service unit to ensure that clients’ day to day transaction needs are addressed

Risk management & credit analysis

  • Assume responsibility for credit risk and day to day management of own portfolio
  • Conduct due diligence in preparing credit applications including screening against TM & RAC and prepare green light memos for CRT
  • Structure facilities that comply with ADIB’s credit policy with adequate security/collateral, terms and conditions and profitability (ROA, RORC) in line with thresholds
  • Negotiate internally and with clients for closure of deals
  • Ensure fulfilment of all required documentation (incl. insurance) as per the banks credit policies and procedures
  • Ensure all deferred documentation is obtained on time
  • Continuously monitor overall performance of company and its industry through the calling process
  • Execute annual renewals of facilities on time
  • Monitor and track assigned portfolio on a dynamic basis to recognize problem credits early

Build sector expertise

  • Understand market and business trends
  • Develop sector expertise: understand economics of industry, key levers and key products to offer
  • Ensure that all new deals in discussion are recorded and updated in deals in pipeline report on a weekly basis

Process implementation

  • Conduct client calls at least quarterly
  • Document call memos in standard format capturing the contents of the meeting, opportunities for business development, client’s financial plan, etc.
  • Develop account plans for each relationship and use it as a basis for regular client calling; keep account plans updated
  • Ensure that all new deals in discussion are recorded and updated in deals in pipeline report on a weekly basis
  • Manage a list of prospects as assigned centrally and ensure that adequate follow up is made leading to new client acquisition
  • Ensure that all operational issues are addressed to the satisfaction of customers (e.g. establishment of LCs/LGs, disbursement of financing, etc.)
