Via Medica International Healthcare LLC is urgently looking for a Registered Nurse to be part of our Academic Health Division.

Registered School Nurse is responsible for the Health, Hygiene, and well-being of the Students and Staff of the School, in compliance with the regulations and ruling of the Ministry of Health, Department of Health, and the Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK).

Responsibilities:

• Provides Nursing Care and Health Education to Students in School. Ensuring Health & Safety for all Students.
• Ensure that Students and Parents adhere to, and are well informed of, immunization programs as per regulatory authority guidelines.
• Be available to students and staff to address their immediate medical needs, providing an accurate source of medical advice.
• Maintain comprehensive medical records of all students as regulated by the regulatory authorities.
• Report incidents or illness appropriately to the School Doctor or Hospitals and inform the Principal and Parents.
• Conduct administrative duties – Attend medical conferences and courses for ongoing care and education. Assess patient care plans and identify areas of improvement to ensure the quality of care.
• First Aid Care
• Immunization
• Health Education
• Follow Up Care

Requirements:

Job Location: Abu Dhabi

• Female
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• DOH/ DHA/ MOH Licensed or DOH Exam Passer as Registered Nurse
• School Nurse experience is a plus
• Shall be available immediately

Description:

We are seeking a Management and Professional Trainer to join the Leadership Development Division (LDD) of the Management and Professional Development Department (M&PDD).

LDD is responsible for providing employees with experiences encouraging the learning and immediate application of leadership skills and capabilities linked to business needs.

The Management and Professional Trainer’s primary role is to serve as a facilitator to managers, supervisors, and professional employees in the area of leadership, management, and supervisory training with primary responsibility for conducting higher level management training courses (in-person and virtual) and other training experiences. This includes most aspects of the Human Resource Development (HRD) function, such as needs assessment, research, design of training sources, instruction, piloting, and evaluation.

Minimum Requirements:


As the successful candidate, you will hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a human resource discipline. A master’s degree is preferred.

You will have 6-10 years of experience in the delivery of training programs focused on leadership, management, and professional development. You will have experience in preparing a classroom learning environment and conducting training for 5 to 100 participants.

You will also have proven experience as a workshop facilitator delivering leadership, management, and supervisory knowledge and skills.

You will have experience facilitating both in–person and virtual workshops.

You will be able to prepare a training classroom environment as well as conduct and evaluate courses.

You must have a strong ability to develop and maintain relationships at different levels within the organization and expert ability to effectively manage a classroom environment during training.


Duties & Responsibilities:


You will be required to perform the following:

Present structured content in a way that inspires participants toward greatness.

Conduct leadership, management, and supervisory courses and learning content (in person and virtually).

Successfully complete and maintain certifications.

Continually gain up-to-date knowledge on leadership, management, and supervisory soft skills.

Collaborate with other learning professionals in the development of new course material.

Review curricula and make recommendations on utilizing state-of-the-art training aids and techniques, including computer-based and interactive training systems.

Assist in other divisional activities either directly or indirectly related to divisional training.

Under the direction of the supervisor, conduct classroom training and assist in field training activities.

Be an effective team member who consistently practices proven characteristics of effective teaming.
