We are now recruiting for a Snr Supply Chain Service Delivery Executive to join our Operations Customer Service (OCS) team in Kuwait!

Your purpose –

In this dynamic and critical role, your purpose will be to ensure smooth end-to-end inventory management from inbound shipments to timely replenishment for our distributors. You will play a key part in maintaining operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction in line with global standards at PMI.

Your ‘day to day’ –

• 
  Manage Inventory Flow: Lead all aspects of inbound and outbound inventory movements, ensuring accurate registration, storage, and timely delivery to distributors.
• Plan & Coordinate: Align bonded warehouse operations with shipment plans, collaborating closely with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Commercial).
• Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure all product movements are documented in compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• KPIs & Reporting: Track performance metrics and provide regular reports to collaborators.
• Ensure SOP Compliance: Uphold SOPs across all warehousing processes.Optimize Resources: Manage warehouse assets, ensure accurate maintenance for business continuity.
• Indirect People Management: Set daily performance goals, ensure safety and well-being, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe, clean work environment and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Operate Systems: Apply SAP inventory modules and Track & Trace tools for accurate stock management.
• Engage External Partners: Liaise with distributors, clearing agents, port authorities, and logistics service providers to ensure smooth operations.

Who we’re looking for -

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Logistics, Distribution, Warehousing Operations and relevant related areas.
• Experience of Inventory Systems Use (WMS, SAP and T&T Scanning applications example U-Track / I-Track a PLUS)
• Sophisticated data analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal Arabic and English communication skills.
• A collaborative, inclusive working style and a passion for achieving excellence together.
