Brand Specialist, Riyadh, KSA

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Support the alignment of brands and branding initiatives with Takamol’s overall vision, mission, and strategy.

Assist in coordinating marketing efforts for assigned brands to ensure consistent positioning and messaging.

Analyze brand initiatives to understand target audience needs and specific market requirements, particularly within the Saudi market.

Ensure that branding materials follow approved brand guidelines and reflect best practices.

Research and evaluate external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms, and production companies.

Support the supervision of brand content development and ensure proper use of brand assets.

Gather and analyze market and consumer data, including performance metrics and competitive insights, and provide branding recommendations when required.

Assist in preparing branding presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and management.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the Brand Supervisor or the Director of Brand Management.

Job Requirements

Minimum Experience:

2-4 years of experience in Branding, Marketing, or a comparable area

 

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

Understanding of branding and marketing principles, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.

Knowledge of marketing trends and audience behavior within the Saudi market.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market insights and performance data.

Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external marketing partners (agencies, production houses, and digital marketing firms).

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Creative thinking with the ability to contribute ideas that support brand growth and positioning.

Attention to detail to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and standards.

Negotiation and communication skills.
