As part of our commitment to delivering excellence, we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Transaction Services team as a Senior Consultant. Job Description: As a Senior Consultant at Moore Global JFC, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients in achieving their strategic objectives by providing valuable insights and recommendations related to their business verticals and their financial health thereby optimizing resources and enhancing the value. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Candidate should be able to: • Conduct business, equity and intangibles’ valuations using appropriate methodologies (DCF, market approach, etc.). • 5+ years of experience in valuation advisory with advisory firm. • Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations. • Proficient in financial modelling using MS Excel. • Analyze financial statements, industry trends, and market data to support valuation conclusions. • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes. • Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and feedback. • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and communicate findings effectively. • Proficiently use MS Office • Proficient in the use of platforms such as Capital IQ • Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field and Professional certifications (CA/CFA preferred). • Approx. 4-5 years of experience as a Consultant in Transaction Services or a similar relevant role within a consulting firm, Big 4 or corporate environment. • Ability to create and develop strong relationships • Strong analytical thinker • Capable of being creative and thinking of solutions 'outside the box' • Organized with strong business acumen • Can demonstrate project management experience of complex multiphase projects • Ability to deliver projects on-time and on budget • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members at all levels of the organization. • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work under pressure. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Team player - Is willing and able to assist different team members on several tasks and demonstrates proactivity in doing so. • Adaptable - Is able to ‘hit the ground running’ and rapidly learn new skills and behaviors in response to changing circumstances and changing allocations of tasks. • Researching skills- Identifies, documents and shares knowledge that might be useful to others. • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
