Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of campus infrastructure systems including electrical distribution, HVAC, lighting, water supply, and compressed air systems.
- Respond to facility-related issues promptly and coordinate internal and external resources for timely resolution.
- Track energy usage across the campus, analyze consumption trends, and implement energy-saving measures.
- Participate in facility improvement projects, including planning, design, construction supervision, and final acceptance.
- Ensure all facility systems comply with local safety regulations and environmental standards; support audits and corrective actions.
- Work closely with production, equipment, and EHS teams to support manufacturing operations and ensure facility readiness.
What you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in facility engineering or maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, HVAC, and utility infrastructure.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English.
