MAIN PURPOSE

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Support Assistant to provide vital support to our Sales, Engineering and Finance teams. In this role, you will assist with the coordination of project proposals, technical documentation, client communication, credit control, and administrative tasks that help deliver tailored formwork and scaffolding solutions to our clients.

You’ll act as a key liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality service delivery.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Sales and Engineering teams with the preparation of project proposals, quotations, and technical submittals.

• Assist in reviewing and organising drawings, designs, and specifications from clients and engineering staff.

• Coordinate project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, material lists, calculations, and schedules.

• Track and follow up on sales inquiries, project deadlines, and customer requirements.

• Liaise with clients, engineers, estimators, and sales representatives to clarify requirements and timelines.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries for internal meetings or client updates.

• Assist with credit control tasks, including:

• Monitoring outstanding invoices and payment terms.

• Liaising with clients regarding overdue accounts.

• Working with the finance team to escalate and resolve payment issues.

• Maintaining accurate records of client payment status.
