Job Summary:
The Program/Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects or programs from initiation to completion. This role ensures that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while aligning with business goals and stakeholder expectations. The PM coordinates across teams, manages resources, mitigates risks, and ensures high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define program goals, scope, and success metrics aligned with organizational strategy.
• Manage multiple related projects across departments or business units.
• Coordinate project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
• Monitor overall program performance, budget, and risk.
• Drive program governance, reporting, and executive communication.
• Resolve escalated issues and ensure alignment of individual project objectives.
• Continuously evaluate opportunities for process and performance improvement.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience depending on seniority.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects or programs.
• Strong understanding of project/program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, PRINCE2).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Stakeholder management and negotiation expertise.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello, or Smartsheet.
• Analytical skills and the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
