We need an Operations Manager – Premium Fashion Brand,
The Role
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Salary Range: $2,000–$3,000 per month (depending on experience) We are recruiting on behalf of a premium women's fashion brand based in Dubai. This rapidly growing company specializes in elegant, high-quality dresses produced in-house, with a strong focus on craftsmanship, timeless design, and fine materials. The brand operates online and is expanding its presence through curated retail partnerships. As part of its operational growth, the company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily operations from sourcing to shipment, ensuring smooth execution and high standards across the entire production and delivery chain. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze customer demand and support product assortment planning • Source fabrics and materials from local and international vendors • Supervise production timelines and conduct quality control checks • Manage inventory in coordination with the e-commerce team • Assist in developing and maintaining product sizing charts • Package and dispatch customer orders • Coordinate logistics with local and international shipping providers • Ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment

Requirements
