We need an IT Head - Infrastructure & Operations,
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic IT Head of Infrastructure & Operations to lead our technology infrastructure and operational strategies in our manufacturing facility located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This leadership role requires expertise in managing IT infrastructure, driving operational excellence, and aligning technology initiatives with business goals to support our manufacturing processes efficiently and securely. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the IT infrastructure and operations team to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable IT services. - Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies aligned with the company's manufacturing goals and growth plans. - Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of network, servers, storage, and other critical IT systems. - Ensure high availability and performance of manufacturing IT systems and support continuous operational processes. - Manage cybersecurity initiatives to protect critical manufacturing data and infrastructure. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and integrate new technologies that improve manufacturing productivity and efficiency. - Develop and monitor IT budgets and optimize expenditures related to infrastructure and operations. - Establish IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance system reliability and compliance. - Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing. - Provide leadership and mentoring to IT staff, fostering professional development and team collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors. - Proven leadership experience managing IT teams with responsibility for infrastructure and operations. - Strong knowledge of networking, data center management, cloud services, and cybersecurity. - Experience with manufacturing IT systems, industrial networks, and operational technologies is a plus. - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute IT strategies aligned to business objectives. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic language is advantageous. - This role is for Saudi nationals ONLY
