We need a Finance Executive,

HIVE currently operates a flagship residential property in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai and is looking for a talented individual to join our growing team on-site.

2. Purpose of Role:

We are looking for a capable and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our on-site team in Dubai. This is a hands-on role with a blend of finance, accounting, and administrative responsibilities supporting the daily operations of our residential asset. The ideal candidate is well-organized, comfortable working in a dynamic environment, and confident handling invoicing, reporting, and financial controls.

3. Key Role Responsibilities:

Accounts & Finance

• Issue monthly rental invoices and monitor collections

• Record and process vendor payments and staff reimbursements

• Assist with monthly closing of accounts and bank reconciliations

• Prepare management accounts, financial reports, and supporting schedules

• Balance and / or reconcile inter-company accounts

• Coordinate with auditors during year-end audit preparation

• Maintain up-to-date records on the Xero accounting system

Leasing & Administration

• Support leasing documentation, tenancy contract preparation, and deposit tracking

• Maintain accurate digital filing systems for financial and leasing documents

• Provide ad hoc support to the Property Manager and wider operations team

Modeling & Analysis

• Assist with basic financial modelling and Excel-based reporting

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

4. Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Based in Dubai and available for immediate or short-term start

• Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong follow-through

• Strong written and verbal communication in English

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using accounting systems and Excel

5. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (ACCA or CPA is a strong advantage)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping

• Good understanding of UAE VAT regulations and compliance

• Prior real estate or property management experience preferred

• Proficiency with Xero (Required)

6. Start Date

• Immediate or as soon as available
