We need a Chief Technical Office Engineer
The Role
Marine Project award based 25 Minutes from the Palm Jumeriah Dubai so a great central location! This new project requires a Chief Technical Office Engineer to work alongside the Project Manager driving , coordinating and handling all engineering and technical aspects. Youi will ensure that the project is built in line with specifications and clients wishes and you will be managing : Design clashes & resolutions thinking outside the box Responses to design & technical change Method statements and technical documentation Lifting plans, dewatering strategies Technical Risk management Civil & design interface handling NCR’s Working closely alongside the Planning, Construction & Commercial Team to ensure that all elements and activities are planned and are technically compliant and prepared. What needs to be obvious in the CV is that you have added value and led the following activities and skill sets listed above.

Requirements
Do you match the following ? Minimum of 5 Years MENA experience for a Marine & Civil Engineering Contractor on relevant EPC projects 15 Years minimum experience Post graduate from a Civil Engineering Degree Able to start before the 10th of October 2025 latest Have a Driving License and able to legally drive in the UAE to meet business needs Able to present and manage all technical and engineering aspects on s Happy with a 6 day working week on a fast paced program Strong IT software experience – Auto-CAD, Civil3D, Revit, BIM Platforms, Aconex & Procure The following will be provided for candidates that match the clients wishes Lump Sum Package of up to 42,500 AED Per Month 30 Days Paid Annual Leave + Local Public Holidays 2 Return Annual Flights home per annum Single status
