We need a Chief Of Staff,
The Role
We are seeking a solution driven and results orientated Chief of Staff to support the Founder of this global strategic advisory firm. They have offices located across Europe, Middle East and the USA and support entrepreneurial visionaries, family offices, international sovereign wealth funds and corporate entities, offering strategic advice and investment platforms. Due to considerable growth in the UAE market, the position of Chief of Staff is required to act as both strategic operator and hands-on leader, ensuring alignment, efficiency and project delivery across all priorities. The role is the central liaison between the Founder and the management team , managing communication flow, overseeing deliverables and ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. This is a pivotal role in orchestrating execution across multiple initiatives, including investment strategy, new business ventures across the region, investor engagement, and eco-system building in sectors such as AI, wellness, and global brand development. As the Founder’s business partner, you will drive the business forward in the region, providing day-day to leverage across all business priorities. You will manage a team of ten individuals, comprised of consultants, administrative staff, operations and part-time advisors. You will manage the team work flows, oversee all scheduling, ensuring project deadlines remain on target. There will be coordination and management of investor conferences, road shows and strategic client engagement initiatives. Leading cross functional project execution, you will continuously review and manage operational function, including accounting, reporting and team logistics. To be considered for the role, you must have a minimum of eight years’ experience in a professional services / family office / fast-growth venture capitalist environment, four of which must have been in a Chief of Staff role. A proven ability to manage and engage teams, lead through influence and promote clarity and accountability. A strong global mindset with strong understanding of the Middle East business and cultural environment is paramount. Outstanding interpersonal and English communication skills are required with strong core emotional intelligence. Requirements
