Designed for fresh Saudi graduates, the 2025 Caterpillar Numu (نمو) Program offers regional exposure and the chance to solve business challenges that matter, by leading real-world projects. You’ll be part of shaping the next 100 years of a 100-year-old company. From day one, you’ll meet a record number of decision-makers in no time.

The Details
Start Date: October 1, 2025
Duration: 1 year (Oct 2025 – Sept 2026)
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Format: Full-time (Sunday – Thursday, 40 hours)
Outcome: Potential full-time offer based on your performance
What we are looking for
Valid Passport (valid through Sept 2026)
Fluent in English and Arabic
Open to travel – regionally and globally
Proficiency in MS Office / O365
Strong communication, initiative, teamwork, and presentation skills
1 internship completed (max 2 years of experience)

Learn the ins and outs of Caterpillar’s business, customers and solutions

What you have:
Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
