As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts and ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly.
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our HR team as a Talent Acquisition Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and assisting with various aspects of the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with posting job openings on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates to schedule interviews.
Assist with conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for roles.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Assist with drafting job descriptions and preparing offer letters for selected candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers and team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Assist with organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruitment activities.
Provide support with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in HR or talent acquisition preferred but not required.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
Proficiency in Tagalog language is required.
