Our Exciting Opportunity:
As Market Area Strategic & Digital Marketing Head, you have the overall responsibility to lead the planning, and implementation of the prioritized campaigns and demand generation, nurture flow initiatives to strengthen our brand and increase our sales growth with both new and existing customers in the market area.
You will lead a team of digital and campaign managers to secure the execution of impactful integrated strategic marketing and campaigns towards customers and other prioritized target audiences with strong alignment with Group Function Marketing and Business Area Marketing & Communication units.
The position reports to the Market Area VP Head of Marketing and Communications.
You will be:
Focus to develop and activate strategic value driven messaging and thought lead content to strengthen Ericsson’s competitive position, company perception in the Market Area and to support reaching business objectives.
Focus on digital marketing to fuel business and brand growth through the effective use of digital channels and strategies to target audiences with contextually relevant content and messaging.
Collaborate with Group Function Marketing and Business Areas on specific market content marketing needs and requirements and co-create thought leadership content and content related to Ericsson’s technology and portfolio.
Lead a team of digital and campaign managers to secure the execution of impactful integrated marketing content and campaigns towards customers and other prioritized target audiences.
Lead the execution and manage activities related to prioritized global campaigns (e.g. project management, performance evaluation, budgeting), working with global and Market Area teams to drive execution against plan
Manage and orchestrate implementation of relevant pre-defined global and market area campaigns across MA resources and channels and act as topic specialist for various channels (internal, external, customer marketing, digital events, email marketing, etc.)
Produce and lead activation of reports, studies per respective domain, relevant global Consumer lab studies including but not limited to studies analysis, presentation to customers…
Design inbound and marketing programs to nurture targeted prospects into sales qualified leads
Responsible for securing strong feedback loops and providing MA perspective into global campaign development, including digital paid priorities.
Implement best practices and ensure knowledge sharing.
Drive continuous evaluation of campaigns effectiveness to identify improvement areas and KPIs & targets fulfillment.
Collaborate with demand operations and sales to manage the MA leads funnel.
Support demand generation and digital marketing programs based on analysis to discover digital ways of reaching customers throughout the customer journey.
Work with stakeholders across MC to ensure that the content we produce is fit for customer engagement.
To be successful in the role you are:
University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent training/experience
10+ years of experience from marketing and/or sales
Strong leadership skills/people management skills
Experience as an external spokesperson,
Experience from leading in change, working in a global team.
Experience in demand generation & digital marketing
Strong focus on execution and measurable results
Experience from leading virtual teams
Resource management (including budget management)
Experience from working in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
You should also have:
Marketing knowledge, Business understanding, Market or Customer Insight

Brand knowledge and insights, Written communications
Relationship building, Project management skills.
Presentation, Digital marketing or Storytelling
