Job Description:
Conducting all tests on patients before they meet with the Doctor during consultations and surgeries
Presenting test data to the Doctors in the patient files and Electronic Medical Records system
Placing orders for contact lenses for patients, as needed and to arrange for follow ups with the call center co-operation
Coordinating Hard Lenses (Rose K) Fitting.
Ordering Soft Contact lens, for center and patient use
Coordinating with Patient Relations for any queries patients have.
Covering, Turning off and sterilizing all equipment in the Topography Room before the end of each work day.
To reschedule patients who did not show on their appointment
Assisting the call center in fixing the schedule, to avoid delayed patients.
Job Requirements
Professional Qualification; A Bachelor’s degree in Optometry from an accredited institute/college/university.
Clinical Experience ; A minimum of two (2) years of work experience as an Optometrist
Professional License ; A current license/registration to practice as an Optometrist.
