On behalf of our client, an international bank, Swisslinx Middle East is currently seeking a bilingual Arabic/ English legal counsel/lawyer, with at least 8+ years of post-qualification legal experience to joint heir offices in DIFC.

Reporting to a Regional General Counsel, the lawyer will be part of the MEA legal team, with a focus on Saudi Arabia. He/She will be advising primarily on the M&A, DCM and Capital Markets transactions but also assist on general corporate and regulatory matters.

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have at least 8 years of post-qualification legal experience

• Experience working in an international bank

• Western master’s degree in law is preferred

• Must be covering Saudi

• Must have strong experience in M&A

• Must be bilingual in Arabic and English
