Director Sales – PayU, Dubai
Roles and Responsibilities:
Two roles available – Senior Sales Manager and Director Sales
Drawing out and implementing go to market strategies for payment related products
Develop a strong understanding of payment industry processes
Knowledge in Payment security products – 3DS and RBA would be a distinct advantage
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the payment industry (issuing and acquiring side); Provide direction within the company on such initiatives
Targeting large banks (issuers) and fintech space
Understanding of the Mobile Payments space. Capturing the Mobile Payments and generic payment trends in the market and feeding the same to the product teams for product enhancements
Manage Existing Accounts within MENA, responsible for Cross Sell and Up Sell withing existing accounts
Co-ordinate between the customer/prospect and internal teams for RFI/RFP’s and contract closure
Co-ordinating with marketing to lead marketing campaigns and lead generation events in MENA
Arabic fluency (written and verbal) is a must.
The experience:
Should be from Mobile Payments or Payment security Sales background and should have managed large deals
Deep exposure in creating pipeline and hunting
IC role (self-driven and hands on)
Should have contacts within key banks in MENA
Arabic fluency (written and verbal) is a must.
The excitement:
Experience building a go-to-market plan for MENA with Wibmo products & services
Managing existing Wibmo customers in UAE, Egypt, Jordan, KSA and beyond
Build and manage a sales organization, which can include channel partnerships Passion towards building a large consumer fintech business
Proven sales experience of meeting or exceeding targets and interact with all levels of client organization, including executive and C-level.
In-depth knowledge about Digital Payments, Fintech Industry
Being the Company Brand Ambassador for the region

Commensurate with experience
