Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the local property market, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow professionally in a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, generate, and follow up on leads through various channels
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct viewings and property tours
- Negotiate offers and finalize deals with clients and developers
- Provide clients with accurate market advice and investment opportunities
- Maintain strong client relationships and build a solid referral base
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation and contracts
- Stay informed about market trends, new developments, and pricing strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a strong background in direct sales
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is a must
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- RERA certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and well-organized
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Valid UAE driver’s license and own car (preferred)
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
