Job Description

1.       Maintain custody of Cash collected from BU sales activities in accordance to corporate finance procedures and guidelines to avoid any theft.

2.       Report on observations regarding the risks noted in the location/outlet to ensure risky matters are highlighted and acted upon.

3.       Perform customer settlement (application) in system in accordance to supporting documentation to ensure that the system is updated and is a good reflection of the customer status.

4.       Receive payment by cash, cheque and credit card from customers according to corporate finance policies and give receipt to customers to process the sales transaction.

5.       Handover the cash and cheques to the cash collector of the corporate finance office to deposit in the bank.

6.       Maintain the Petty Cash and ensure that cash on hand and bills is equal to the petty cash balance and that petty cash bills are within the limits and fully supported in accordance to group policy all for the purpose of supporting ongoing operations.

7.       Generate receipts in customer accounts based on supporting documents and payment to ensure transaction is adequately supported.

8.       Carry on special assignments based on senior accountants directives in relation to accounts.

9.       Prepare daily cash report with all details and cash on hand for control purposes.

Requirements

    High School or Diploma.
    Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel,Word).
    Knowledge in Arabic and English writing and reading.

Job Description

·         Answer the phone, screen & record calls

·         Guide callers to the right person or department

·         Take down and forward messages

·         Greet visitors and customers

·         Send email and faxes.

·         Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.

·         Provide information / Brochures, Flyers

·         Other miscellaneous tasks related to day-to-day business.


Requirements

·         1~2 Years Certificate / Diploma

·         Minimum 1~2 Years working experience in similar position

·         Good Knowledge in Microsoft applications

·         Fluent in English & Arabic (Preferred)

·         Relevant training or qualification

·         Confidentiality

·         Organized, presentable and good time management skills.

Responsibilities

The PepsiCo Future Leaders Program (PepRise) is an initiative enabling PepsiCo to build a strong talent pipeline that will support and lead our business growth. PepRise Program is an 18-month rotational leadership development program for which we recruit top-performing graduate talent who demonstrate the potential to become managers within our business within 2 years. It’s designed to grow you into a manager, through hands-on learning alongside world-class experts. You’ll be hired into a function and develop your leadership skills by working on live projects which offer you all the experience you need to become ready for your first management role. At the heart of it, it’s about developing tomorrow’s leaders, today.

From Day 1, our Management Trainees take on real business challenges within their own function and across the organization. Each of our Management Trainees will gain an understanding of how we make and how we sell our products, become immersed in our sustainability initiatives, understand and experience first-hand our global markets, and build people management skills. Along the way you will develop deep core professional skills and leadership skills, and build a robust support network. On top of all that, you will have a lot of fun along the journey.

How PepRise program works:

18-Month Rotation Program (6 levels), defined roadmap.

Responsibilities as of Day 1

Solid onboarding program

Formal Training + Informal Learning

On-job functional rotation based on your function

Regular assessments and coaching.

Potential to Reach Manager-Level Upon Successful Program Graduation

Qualifications

Successful completion of Bachelor’s or Master degree with GPA of 3.75/5 or 3/4 in one of the following majors:

Environment, Health & Safety Majored in (Environmental Compliance, Environmental Science, Wastewater Treatment, Ecology & Sustainability).

Engineering Majored in (Environment, Chemical & Water) as well as Chemistry & Bio-Chemistry majors.

Ability to understand Environmental Standards, Wastewater Treatment Process as well as plans, diagrams, layouts and schematic drawings.

Ability to take key data points and derive them into actionable insights.

Business Acumen & excellent Planning skills, Project Management & Change Management capability.

Excellent communication and presenting skill.

Safety qualification such as NEBOSH Diploma, NEBOSH IGC3 & similar ones are big advantage
