As a social media manager specializing in a restaurant industry , the main focus would be to showcase the restaurant's offerings, create a strong online presence, and engage with customers to drive sales and increase brand loyalty.
Job Position: Social Media Manager Based IN Dubai, Only Hospitality Industry
The key responsibilities would include:
Developing a comprehensive social media strategy to promote menu items, special events, and promotions.
Creating visually appealing and tasty food photography and videos to showcase the restaurant's menu and ambiance.
Managing and updating the restaurant's social media profiles, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to ensure they accurately reflect the brand image and provide valuable information to customers.
Responding to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on social media and working to resolve any negative experiences in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborating with the marketing and customer service teams to create and execute targeted social media campaigns and promotions.
Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make adjustments as needed.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the restaurant sector to ensure that the social media strategy remains relevant and effective.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in the restaurant industry, a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, along with experience in food photography and video production.
