What you will be doing 

Our Customer Service Executive is primarily customer experience oriented and will be involved in creating and building relationship with our customers through managing their enquiries, waiting list, preferences, etc. Most importantly, our Executive will provide exceptional service levels to ensure that our customers enjoy the best shopping experience when getting in touch with us. 


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Customer Care and Sales
  • Ensure adherence to the Hybrid Customer Care Department Standards of Excellence
  • Ensure you deliver an outstanding shopping experience to every customer contact via any offered communication channel (walk in, phone, email, online chat) 
  • Identify ways to personalize the experience of every customer, whenever possible
  • Deal with the most difficult customers in a quick, willing and professional manner, aiming to turn negative situations into a positive outcome and using available resources to solve problems 
  • Achieve sales targets by maximizing all customer contact opportunities to provide product knowledge, increase units per transaction and sell across all channels Systems & Procedures  
  • Use all CRM and E-commerce systems and tools confidently and use to accurately add notes to orders and cases for all incoming and outgoing contacts 
  • Communicate brand policies to customers, as necessary 
  • Ensure client confidentiality in adherence with company policies for data protection and security • Ensure adherence to in-house processes and procedures 
  • Work closely with other internal stakeholders to ensure issues affecting customer orders or returns are resolved to ensure seamless shopping experience 
  • Adhere to the schedule and the forecasts given by the management 

YOUR PROFILE: 

  • Previous sales and retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment (luxury fashion, department store, high-end travel and leisure) 
  • 0-2 Years of Experience
  • BA in Communication/ Business Administration or relevant 
  • Excellent communication skills. Able to display the highest levels of accuracy (spelling, grammar, punctuation and pronunciation) in both languages’ Arabic and English; verbally and written.
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of technical ability and must show an affinity with the luxury consumer
  • Commercial, sales driven approach is essential 
  • Ability to achieve results through influence and problem solving

Role Purpose

To lead end to end recruitment process for specific set of businesses or Business Unit, ensuring that Hiring Manager, Candidate and Stakeholder experience is deliver at highly satisfactory levels. Is accountable for keeping KPIs and SLAs in accordance to group standards and ensures that all recruitment efforts are delivered in accordance to BU and group principles, following the stablished methodology for each of the positions.

 

Key Specific Accountabilities

  • Support the business unit during manpower planning and scheduling
  • Contribute to the development of a Hiring Plan for different brands to fulfil budgeted manpower requirements
  • Provides proactive insights to what the market looks like during the strategic planning stage
  • Manage end to end sourcing solutions (attract, source, select and integrate) through understanding business needs and growth plans.
  • Drive a proactive fulfilment of manpower business requirements through developing extensive network in the market.
  • Develop relationship with external talent to ensure a proactive approach towards business talent acquisition pipeline.
  • Support business units with appropriate assessment tools to attract, source and select the right talent.
  • Facilitate and record activities and results and ensure results are used in a comparative fashion to guarantee merit based decisions are taken on candidates
  • Efficiently use different tools such as Sniperhire (ATS), social media, job boards
  • Plan and conduct assessment centres/ open days to identify suitable candidates for the business
  • Plan and develop Talent Pools for the business in order to meet the requirements of the Hiring Plan
  • Use the right interviewing skills to match candidates profiles with business requirements
  • Ensure right referencing is completed before selecting the final candidate
  • Manage offers and ensure they are in line with business manpower budgets and internal total rewards policies
  • Ensure SLAs are adhered to and processes followed for all roles
  • Review SLAs and processes with business units regularly

 

Requirements

Education:

  • A minimum of 5 to 6 years recruitment/ sourcing experience preferred

 

Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 

  • Previous experience with an ATS preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations is an advantage
