In addition to on-demand meals cooked in our cloud kitchens, we also offer subscription-based meal plans and a first-of-its-kind virtual food court concept Mix ‘N’ Match. Kitopi currently operates more than 100 kitchens across the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar with its tech-hub in Poland and its customer experience center in the UAE.

What You'll Do

Learn to write disruptive content that will make an impact on our consumers
Carry out competitor research to identify content opportunities
Learn to understand, interpret, and challenge creative briefs
Work with our creative team to deliver written content that helps brings ideas to life
Get to know different target personas and how to write to their challenges
Learn to adapt your written ‘tone of voice' for different audience demographics
Get support from people across the business so you can learn and grow

What Are We Looking For?

A curious creative mind, seeking an opportunity to shine in every task. Someone obsessed with great content, that will bring their unique perspective to the table.
Fluent English & Arabic speaker
Have some internship experience or you have been writing/blogging as a hobby
Passion for writing and enthusiasm for creative thinking
Understanding of common ad formats (emails, digital ads, social media)
A positive attitude towards teamwork
The ability to respond constructively to feedback
Willingness to learn how different brands speak to their audiences
Confidence, positivity, and attention to detail

Recruitment Process and Timeline

First, you apply and let our recruiters screen your profile. After the screening process, you'll be receiving a link to our personality and logic test that is used to get to know you and how you would fit into our team. Right after the test, you'll be conducted for a quick call with our Talent Acquisition team followed by Global Internship Committee. The whole process will be finalized within 1-2 weeks.

Housekeeping Attendant

To manage the daily operations of the assigned section ensuring the ultimate comfort, cleanliness, safety and standards for all guests. To maintain superior standards of presentation, maintenance and cleanliness in all areas of the resort while ensuring the safety and confidentiality of all guests.

Hotel Overview:

Th8 Palm, Managed by Accor is a newly-opened 5* hotel, located at the Palm Jumeirah Island, inspired by the fashion, glamour and jet-set lifestyle of the cool white sands and art deco scene of Miami Beach. The hotel boasts of its direct beach access with uninterrupted views of the Palm, Dubai’s iconic skyline and the Arabian Sea that will provide an ultimate luxury experience at the Palm Jumeirah. The project has a total of 162 guest rooms and suites and 3 food beverage outlets with creative & unique concepts. In addition, the hotel also features meeting facilities covering over 200 square meters that can host a range of events from small corporate meetings, product launches and team building activities to outdoor receptions and bespoke social events beach and poolside.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Clean all assigned guestrooms to standard
Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest
Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service
Maintain a presence as requested at hotel / department meetings and committees.
Comply at all times with Accor standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
Handle guest complaints and react quickly, logging and notifying proper areas to service guests.
To make sure checkout rooms are returned in a timely manner.
Be up to date on all guest services and events in the hotel.
Work closely with Housekeeping Coordinator.
Physically check discrepant rooms to ascertain status.
Report and follow up with engineering issues in all areas of the Hotel.
Maintain a presence as requested at hotel meetings and committees.
Ensure all guestrooms have proper furniture; fixtures and amenities and that all set standards for placement are being followed.
Work with all Housekeeping staff to maintain and improve LQA scores.
Actively participate in daily briefing, daily warm up and department meetings.
Be able to participate proficiently in functions outside the department, when called upon.
To note any maintenance needs – write order and follow up on repairs being completed in time.
To report any damage/special cleaning/change of soft furnishings and follow-up as discussed.
To ensure that there is sufficient clean linen and supplies in pantries.
To make sure at the end of shift all pantries are checked for cleanliness and surplus supplies are returned. All vacuum cleaners are clean, room attendants have completed all rooms.
All lost and found are sent to security, following the correct procedures.
To make sure any Health/Safety matters are reported and followed up.
To make sure Wash Rooms are clean and well run.
Other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager

Qualifications:

Fluency in English (verbal & written) essential.
High school diploma preferred, or its equivalent.
Minimum 1 year experience in Housekeeping in a luxury hotel
Must be proactive with a meticulous eye for detail
