 Responsibilities:

  • Engineering experience on Instrumentation or Electrical or Mechanical Discipline
  • Create Procurement specifications and Technical Support for production
  • Cost controlling and reporting and Vendor document review and approval
  • Basic knowledge on equipment such as valves, vessels, pumps, etc…
  • CAD software related experience – Basic
  • Calculation of material requirements and technical specifications in accordance with local and international norms and standards.
  • Create, submit, review, change and approve engineering documentation (e.g. wiring diagrams, P&ID, GA drawings etc.)
  • Providing engineering documentation and Engineering document review and approval
  • Create and submit manufacturing data record and Power and control cable design and layout
  • Layout planning and detailed coordination/clarification of details
  • Definition of interfaces mechanical, electrical, instrumentation
  • Technical description of the processes, system description (Functional Design Specification, Bill of Material)
  • Engineering documentation (P&ID, GA Drawings, I/O wiring, electrical schematics, etc.)                       
  • Hardware as well as Software component specification ( Systems, PLC’s, Flowcomputers,etc..)
  • Configuration and dimensioning of instrumentation and control equipment
  • Quality assurance and quality control, set up of test and inspection data, FAT, SAT preparation and participation.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation / Mechanical / Electrical. 
  • Technical Experience & Thinking Level.
  • Experience in process automation.
  • Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Outlook necessary.
  • Experience in SAP.

Job Description Summary

As the CIO for GEHC Intercontinental, you will be the strategic DT business partner to the newly created Go to Market organizational set up combining the following GEHC regions: Latin America, South East Asia and India, Japan, ANZ, ASEAN and Korea. This role will partner with the GEHC Intercontinental CEO and Regional leaders to provide thought leadership & guidance to leverage technology to enable them to deliver customer outcomes. The other DT teams and COEs will partner with this role to ensure the success of the Intercontinental region. This role will report to the Global CIO, GE Healthcare and the Intercontinental CEO.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with the Intercontinental region, functional partners and DT leadership to define the strategic and tactical roadmap for all digital tool initiatives. Drive the wing to wing digitization strategy and execution across the customer value chain
  • Be a change leader - driving business process improvement using technology and process simplification
  • Partner with the region leadership and use LEAN to drive step change during Lean weeks and Kaizen events. 
  • Develops peer, cross-functional and cross-region business relationships to maximize best practice sharing and team effectiveness
  • Evangelize new opportunities with technology investments; challenge status quo and drive data, process and digital disruption
  • Help define and prioritize DT projects targeted to deliver most business value. Outline multi-generational project strategy aligned to deliver on the expected outcomes
  • Manage financial and resourcing constraints; define budgets and targets for individual projects and annual plans for the entire organization
  • Own, manage and drive deployments of DT platforms. Partner with regional stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and realization of value to the region
  • Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with leadership of technical and functional teams to ensure sufficient support and engagement.
  • Manage executive stakeholder communication, engagement and secure sponsorship where necessary.
  • Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Ensure retro active learning sessions are performed and actions followed through.
  • Drive the aggressive retirement of legacy platforms and transition to strategic global platforms
  • Be the local point of contact for all escalations, IT operations and IT systems used to keep the region running.
  • Responsible for people management activities within functional area including recruiting, development, performance management, compensation, organization and talent development

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or Engineering
  • Minimum 15 years of IT professional experience
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Software Development Project Management including large portfolio and financial management leading cross functional initiatives and large organizations

SUMMARY OF DUTIES

  • Serve as the Chief Executive Officer for REEF Middle East
  • Report to and be subject to direction from the Global CEO Office.
  • Work with the CEO Office in developing, leading, and executing the strategic plan, future direction, business plans, and overall objectives of REEF M.E.
  • Implement strategies that support the recent Joint Ventures and incorporate the REEF M.E. purpose, values and mission and infrastructure into the existing culture and overall organizational requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the REEF M.E. Leadership Team in developing operational goals and prioritizing REEF M.E.’s campaigns and services.
