In this role you will be the subject matter experts across various domains responsible for managing projects and business as usual activities with the objective to increase conversion rates and improve guest experience across Etihad’s digital touchpoints. Functions include user acceptance testing, payment solutions, online booking engine functionality, mobile, content management systems, online promotions, website analytics etc

Accountabilities

•    Manage the delivery of enhancements, bug fixes, and new releases across Etihad’s digital touchpoints in close collaboration with Technology and Innovation, Digital 2020 and Guest Experience 
•    Lead requirement gathering sessions with Business Analysts, Technology and Innovation teams or external vendors to ensure business needs are met with key objective to improve conversion rate, increase self-service adoption rate or meet legal/regulatory mandates 
•    Develop business test scripts against requirements and sign off new and existing functionality pre and post release to ensure it meets business requirements
•    Manage reporting of errors, guest complaints and failures including liaising with PSS provider and other external vendors to prioritize delivery of bug fixes
•    Liaise with Revenue Management, Marketing and Sales teams to manage the upload, distribution and set up of online fares and closed user groups
•    Identify trends using website analytics data and data from other internal systems to review impact of new projects/initiatives implemented on Etihad online platforms and provide recommendation to improve conversion rates and grow direct sales

Education & Experience

  • University degree level education is required
  • Must have airline or online travel domain knowledge and/or understanding of web technologies
  • At least 2 years of experience with Adobe Test & Target and Adobe Analytics

Role Summary

We’re looking for an Inventory Controller to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store “tMart”, which is the region’s first cloud store concept offering 30-minutedelivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman and Iraq!

What’s On Your Plate?

  • Daily monitoring of stock movement, running report of daily inventory adjustment.

  • Providing stock reports on Category Level for All Stores.

  • Guiding the stores on receiving deliveries, returning PO and some operational issues involving stocks.

  • Doing stock take/cycle count for the running stores.

  • Invoice Matching together with finance if there are discrepancies.

  • Weekly reporting to GM with all total inventory adjustments, including the percentage of shrinkage against sales.

  • Spot checking and visiting stores for some investigation with inventory discrepancies.

  • Reporting system issues related to store operation activity affecting the stocks.

  • Monthly reconciliation with finance.

  • Monthly reporting of inventories showing turnovers.

  • You have at least 4+ years of experience in Inventory management

  • You are very detail-oriented, structured and know how to prioritize -- you consider yourself as someone who delivers solutions and not bottlenecks to be solved.

Job Scope:

To take responsibility of logistics in term of transportation & warehousing for outbound & inbound, staring from orders processing and planning for assigned group of customers and to drive the initiatives of centralized coordination, tracking & monitoring of all day to day activities related to warehousing & transportation planning for enhancing customer experience and achieving best in class operational efficiency. Act as a key link between Unilever & 3PL execution team to coordinate and execute day to day planning in the most optimum and efficient manner. Ensuring that distribution cost is in line with the targeted budget. Provide key inputs to the business on the planning execution status and KPI compliance report to achieve excellence in logistics.

Key Accountabilities

  • Planning customer orders and optimizing the daily shipment plan via efficient inbound/outbound transportation planning.

  • Maximizing the utilization of the fleets by selecting the right type and size that fits the right lot size of daily customer orders.

  • Managing and communicating with 3PL on a daily basis to ensure that all the planned deliveries were dispatched on time in full.

  • Managing the demonstrated capacity for inbound and outbound warehousing in an efficient way that balance between cost and service.

  • Monitor, report & validate the costing of the logistics (warehousing and transportation)

  • Develop delivery schedules and drop shipment strategies.

  • Managing accounts of pallet vendors and resolving the customer disputed cases.

  • Managing and controlling all the returns and refusals from retail side via efficient reverse logistics process that ease the O2C cycle end to end.

  • Return and refusal management (validating & stock accuracy physical and system)

  • Making sure that 3PL WMS is always interfaced with SAP system to avoid any short picks and service level hits.

  • Optimizing the logistics cost including (Warehousing and transportation).

  • Reducing business waste including all kinds of detentions and resent deliveries due to lack of communication and speed of information between supply chain partners.

  • Prioritize and assign tasks to guarantee that the team’s resources are used effectively

  • Select, train, motivate, and evaluate assigned personnel.

  • Maintain accurate records and files of inventory usage.

  • Understanding each customer behaviors and fulfill their needs and requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Owning the daily operational performance meeting with the 3PL to ensure that all the planned deliveries took place.

  • Allocating the right loss tree for the Secondary DR% and develop a recovery plans based on the allocated losses.

  • Managing the daily multi-drop transportation plans to serve all possible customers at the optimized cost.

  • Managing the inbound and outbound Warehouse capacities based on the available loads of order to balance between cost and service.

  • Cleaning all the system failures to ensure that SAP system is reflecting with WMS to avoid any short pick.

Job Purpose

A qualified person who is registered as a diver and complies with the requirements of the relevant training standards and who performs on site and works below water surface using an underwater apparatus to inspect, repair, remove, or install equipment and structures. May use a variety of power and hand tools, such as drills, and welding equipment and may conduct tests or industrial photography

Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1)

  • Carry out a range of daily planned and allocated air diving and sub-sea activities relating to the inspection and maintenance of terminal mooring assemblies, navigation systems and hosing gear to ensure their optimum operational status.
  • Inspects and tests docks, ships, buoyage systems, plant intakes or outfalls, underwater pipelines, cables or sewer systems using closed circuit television or still photography
  • Perform offshore oil or gas exploration or extraction duties such as conducting underwater repairs
  • Recover objects by placing rigging around sunken objects, hooking rigging to raise objects
  • Operate underwater video, sonar, recording or related equipment to investigate structures or marine life
  • Comply with any direction or instructions given to him or her by the supervisor appointed for that diving operation and participate as a team member in the daily tool-box talk to gain a thorough understanding of the nature and complexity of the day's activities to eliminate safety hazards
  • Maintain a daily record of his or her diving in his or her diver’s logbook and keeps the record of diving in his or her possession for at least two years after the date of the last entry
