Senior Internal Auditor (UAE Nationals Only), Dubai

Job Description Initial analysis of the data and information necessary to update the strategic plan for internal audit management, ensuring its alignment with institutional trends and best practices .
Contributing to the modernization of the "World of Auditing" and preparing the annual audit plan based on risks and in a way that achieves added value for the entity .
Preparing the audit program involves developing an understanding of the risks, policies, principles, procedures, systems, and business practices of the entity being audited.
Implementing audit programs in accordance with the Internal Audit Manual and approved policies and procedures, with the aim of assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of internal control systems, governance, risk management, and compliance .
Examine documents and records accurately and professionally, using testing techniques, and draw conclusions objectively based on clear evidence and standards, and provide recommendations that contribute to improving processes, enhancing control and adding value.
Preparing the audit worksheets and documenting the results of the examination and supporting evidence in an organized and professional manner, ensuring their accuracy and comprehensiveness, and making sure that they are archived correctly .
Preparing draft audit reports in a clear and professional manner, participating in drafting the final audit report, and presenting and discussing the results with the relevant units .
Follow up on the implementation of the recommendations issued by the Internal Audit Department with the relevant parties, and ensure that the observations are closed within the specified deadlines .
Contributing to the review and updating of the Internal Audit Charter, Business Manual, and the general framework for managing internal audit processes .
Participating in the implementation of programs to confirm and improve the quality of internal audit work, to ensure that performance is in line with global internal audit standards .
Adherence to professional conduct rules and international standards for internal auditing.
Performing any additional tasks assigned within the scope of the job and its responsibilities .
 Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance 
1-2 years of practical experience in the field of auditing
