Your day to dayAs a Revenue Manager, you will assist with the planning, execution and enhancing all revenue streams, in order to achieve maximum room occupancy, analyzing spend (room and non-room) and profitability by segment and account to support rate setting and account negotiation whilst meeting all budgets.

•As a people leader, you will be hands on, engaging and passionate about what you do every day, supporting others in developing their careers and embedding a work culture that reflects our values.•Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. 
 
Financial
•Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment business trips, trade shows, etc.•Represent the hotel in various events and exhibition.•Conducts daily sales calls and arranges site inspection trips to hotels for corporate clients.•Participates in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business.•Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities.•Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.•Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients.•Implement revenue management operations, procedures and best practices.•Identify new revenue opportunities.•Optimize and expand distribution partnerships.•Challenge and influence hotel to improve service level and operational standards.•Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and manage day to day yield operations•Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting•Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends•Provide a weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparison•Responsible for assessing, analyzing and pricing group business strategies•Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide a summary report with recommendations to improve long-term strategies•Ensure web site booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional•Regularly check the input and the quality of data (segmentation, tracking, etc…) points•Responsible for best practice standards to include: competitor analysis; environmental scanning; market modelling; distribution yield management; business mix yield management; length of stay yield management; inventory availability by channel; pricing control and new pricing concepts•Evaluate the performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, tour operator, corporate, consortia and groups•Prepare an outline for and support the annual revenue budget process Guest Experience•Provides the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.•Able to support hotels service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer's experience.•Collaborate with other departments, such as ales, marketing and product development, to support revenue.•Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify sales opportunities.•Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and market dynamics to drive sales growth. 
 Responsible Business
•Raise the awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand locally 
•Ensure guest safety is a priority with minimal interruptions or problems
•Offer advice to clients to reduce waste, save energy and have a minimal impact to the environment 
•Other ad-hoc duties – unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done
 

What we need from you•Experience as a Hotel Revenue Manager.•Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism or Economic Studies•Highly computer literate with a high-level command Excel or other data analysis and billing tools•Knowledgeable of hotel technology: PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, Extranets•Strong verbal communication and good listening skills, for effective and pleasant interactions with guests and housekeeping staff
