Als Logistik-Experte und Systemdienstleister für die Automobilindustrie bewegt MOSOLF rund 2,5 Millionen Fahrzeuge – und das jedes Jahr. Zu unseren Dienstleistungen gehören neben dem Transport der Fahrzeuge auch die Verkaufs- und Vermietvorbereitungen, Lagerung, Begutachtungen, Aufbereitung und Sonderausbau. So begleiten wir die Fahrzeuge unserer namhaften europäischen Kunden über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg.
Die MOSOLF Port Logistics & Services sucht für den internationalen Einsatz in den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten/Saudi-Arabien ab sofort in Vollzeit einen erfahrenen Compound Logistics Manager (m/w/d) – Middle East.
Was du bei uns bewegst – deine Aufgaben:
- Fachliche Leitung: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Koordination unserer Compound-Standorte in Dubai sowie perspektivisch in Saudi-Arabien und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf vor Ort.
- Operative Steuerung: Du steuerst alle logistischen Prozesse – von der Fahrzeugannahme über die Lagerung bis zur Auslieferung – und achtest dabei auf Effizienz und Qualität.
- Qualitätsmanagement: Du überwachst technische Abläufe wie z.B. die PDI und stellst sicher, dass alle Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards eingehalten werden.
- Teamführung: Du leitest und entwickelst das lokale Team (Yard-Mitarbeiter, Fahrer, Techniker) und förderst eine Kultur der Eigenverantwortung und Zusammenarbeit.
- Kommunikation & Schnittstellen: Du arbeitest eng mit OEMs, Transportpartnern und internen Abteilungen zusammen und sorgst für eine professionelle Abstimmung.
Was du mitbringst – dein Profil:
- Berufserfahrung: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium und bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Automobillogistik oder einer vergleichbaren Branche mit – idealerweise mit Bezug zur Region Middle East.
- Sprachkenntnisse: Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (und idealerweise gute Deutschkenntnisse) in Wort und Schrift und kannst dich sicher in einem internationalen Umfeld bewegen.
- Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und bringst interkulturelle Kompetenzen mit.
- Mobilität: Du hast Lust, regelmäßig innerhalb der Region zu reisen und neue Herausforderungen aktiv anzunehmen.
- Wohnsitz: Du lebst bereits in den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten oder bist bereit, deinen Lebensmittelpunkt dauerhaft dorthin zu verlegen.
