We’re currently looking for a VM Executive/VM Specialist as part of the growth of our Dubai team. This role would be responsible for developing, delivering and communicating visual concepts; and promoting our brand, products and services in-store.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure that the brand identity and VM standards in all POS are achieved consistently by creating eye catching displays whilst incorporating commercial sales opportunities.
• Create, design and innovate VM experience and materials in all POS in order to elevate the VM standard and guideline to have a cohesive message within the brand.
• Analyze floor plans commercially and maximize visual impact in each category and POS.
• Compile and provide VM Report with photos for every campaign or promo launch with the VM team.
• Involve in any new stores planning based on VM requirement.
• Developing the design, briefing, coordinate with the suppliers on VM assets or props to ensure delivery on time, the quality is always up to standards and cost efficient.
• Work closely and to support area VM on all their VM requirements e.g., visuals/assets, deco elements, store visits/implementations etc.
• Conduct regular store visits whenever possible in all POS to make sure that the VM and brand standard or guideline is respected and followed.
• Align with the merchandising team on commercial objectives: Best & worst sellers, product focus, rotation, storytelling.
• Connect with retail teams & VM team on a regular basis to learn best practices and key learnings following each activation or implementations.
• Ensure that the VM execution of campaign launch and promos are on a timely manner.
• Conduct regular VM training for retail store and Area VM team.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in VM preferably in an office environment.
• Technical skills: Microsoft office, Adobe photoshop/illustrator is a must.
• Fluency is reading/writing/speaking Arabic is a must.
• High sensitivity, understanding of product categories and commercial acumen
• Attention to detail & passionate about excellence in execution.
• Strong communicator, adaptable, flexible, pragmatic, and responsive.
• Strong sense of design and creativity.
• Good knowledge of the Middle East region is a plus.
• Accessibility to travel across the GCC.
