MAIN PURPOSE
As part of the Cartier Regional PR Team in the role of V.I.E - Press Relations Coordinator for the MEIAT Region, you will assist the team on the coordination of special projects of the PR team in coordination with HQ and other regional teams. The length of this V.I.E assignment is 12 months and starts as soon as possible depending on visa requirements, the position is based in Dubai.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
1. PRESS RELATIONS
Assist in responding to press requests in regards to images, press samples, prices & other information.
Coordinate incoming photo shooting requests locally and overseas (in coordination with the Cartier PR Teams).
Assist in the dressing requests for celebrities & influencers.
Assist in the development of press material (press kit, visuals…).
Maintain updated media databases.
Coordinate with the VIP Experiences team on ensuring a bespoke treatment for PR’s audiences (press, celebrities, influencers).
Liaise with Finance department for supplier’s payments.
Assist team with general day to day duties.
2. LOGISTICS
Coordinate press trips – invitations, flight ticket, accommodation, interview requests…
Organize the PR sample and general upkeep of the database according to novelties & needs.
Organize sample logistic & security associated to photoshoots or dressings (locally and overseas).
Any other Ad Hoc task as required.
3. REPORTING
Monitor accurately the PR visibility in the region (Middle-East, India, Africa & Turkiye) on a daily basis.
Create daily & weekly PR visibility reports.
Create monthly reportings including industry news on an on-going basis, as well as social media trends and social feeds.
Monitor and summarize progress of projects and results at the end of it (KPI,visuals..).
Assist the PR Team with presentations and any other ad-hoc requests as needed.
Consolidation of schedule of the department.

As a Press Relations Coordinator, you will have a great opportunity to be an essential contributor in a dynamic team, working for the success of a first-class Luxury Maison under strong business acceleration and transformation. In order to be successful on this role, we expect the following:
Master’s Degree from a Business, Management, Communications schools
Relevant experience in Public Relations
Experience as project coordinator dealing with High Level profiles
Experience in planning and implementing large-scale events (50+ guests)
Time management and strong organizational skills
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Solid knowledge on PR tools as DMR, Launchmetrics, Lefty, Meltwater, Traackr…
Good financial acumen
Fluent in English – French is a plus
Good communication, interpersonal, & organizational skills
Ability to work proactively, to multi task and work under high-pressure
Strong team player skills/a high level of active listening curiosity and capacity of observation
Hands on and solution oriented
Clear analytical skills
