Introduction to the role
Porsche Services Middle East & Africa FZE are seeking a passionate professional looking to enhance their expertise within this temporary role in our Financial Services team. Are you enthusiastic and passionate about managing your product portfolio & support the retail partners towards a successful future? As the Regional Product Manager, you will manage various Financial Services products in the region. Within your responsibility will be guiding our diverse markets and become the business link between our extensive network of authorized dealers and PSME.
6-month Maternity Cover (mid-June to mid-December)
Job Responsibilities
Overseeing financial services products’ lifecycle in the region: development, sales, performance & marketing.
Maintain strong relationships with partners to identify opportunities, enhance product offering & business performance.
Coordinate & support the launch of campaigns in cooperation with all partners.
Develop and launch new products: Finance, Insurance, Leasing, and others.
Take charge of training the dealers’ sales & F&I employees on financial services USPs, products & processes.
Manages Financial Services marketing strategy & initiatives in cooperation with all partners.
Support company & Managing Director on ad hoc projects, tasks & analysis.
Support in monthly reporting & business updates to all stakeholders.
Qualifications
Essential Criteria
Degree in Business Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Banking or other relevant field of study.
> 3 years of working experience in relevant field.
Profound Knowledge of automotive industry or Financial Services.
Organizational and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals.
Very good knowledge in MS Office.
Highly proficient in spoken and written English, Arabic is a bonus.
