Responsibilities:
Assist the Spa Manager in managing daily spa operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
Supervise spa staff and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Coordinate and oversee spa services, including massages, facials, body treatments, and salon services.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the spa facility.
Assist in developing and implementing spa policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues and exceed guest expectations.
Assist in promoting spa services, packages, and special promotions to attract new clients and retain existing clients.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining client records.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and finance, to support overall business goals and objectives.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in spa management and wellness.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in spa management, hospitality management, or a related field.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer service and guest satisfaction.
Knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and products.
Familiarity with spa software and booking systems is preferred.
