We are looking for a Sales Manager Corporate. This Sales Manager Corporate will be responsible for all Corporate Sales activities for all Dubai properties, currently Sonder JBR The Walk, Sonder Downtown and Sonder Business Bay. This role is part of our city operations organization and is not remote. You will be required to be on-site at one of the above-mentioned locations (depending on Sales Team work schedule) due to the responsibilities of the position.
AT SONDER YOU WILL:
Be familiar with the Sonder brand, Dubai products, rates, and promotions at all times.
Create a strong, secure and productive business relations with companies within the UAE market and maintain accurate information on all new and on-going leads and accounts, including solicitation efforts.
To ensure implementation of correct booking and filing procedures of contractual agreements etc.
To ensure that up to date records of all corporate and group accounts and sales activities.
Service needs of customers by attending to all requests promptly and efficiently within 24 hours.
Establish and sign contracts considering the official rate policy in coordination with the Market Sales Director, as well as special deals (out of guidelines and rate policy) must in any case be discussed, coordinated and approved prior to the offer with Management.
Ensure that targets set by Management are met.
Maintain a calendar allowing you to meet all established deadlines and planned sales trips/meetings.
Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in hotel activities including promotions, sales blitzes, entertainment and other operational areas as directed.
Provide ongoing market intelligence by monitoring business sources and segments.
Be familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for field of responsibility.
Other duties as assigned.
Assist in Task Force Teams for new openings, if required.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
Degree in Tourism, Hotel Management and/or Business Administration plus
minimum 3 years’ of Corporate Sales or similar experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel or hotel apartments property in Dubai.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
Highly responsible and reliable.
Knowledge of Dubai Downtown, Business Bay, Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC), Sheikh Zayed Road, JAFZA, DAFZA, D3 areas
