ROLE SUMMARY
As a Strategic Sourcing Lead for the fit-out category, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies to optimize costs, manage risks, and ensure the consistent procurement of high-quality materials, services, and equipment for all fit-out projects within the organization. You will play a key role in driving cost savings, improving efficiency, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
ROLE PROFILE
Developing and delivering the strategic roadmap and annual budget for the relevant categories in association with the Business, Procurement Director and Head of Procurement
Creating and implementing sourcing strategies on a project level in compliance with the legal, internal policies, good practices, and business goals
Managing and leading sourcing activities for new project development and achieving agreed milestones and key development timelines
Leveraging opportunities for consolidation, standardization, and scoping to improve costs
Analyzing supplier offers and quantifying total costs of ownership (TCO)
Meeting or exceeding annual sourcing goals and savings targets for the MAF spend
Managing price negotiation and finalization of commercial supply agreements/contracts in close alignment with MAF Legal
Analyzing industry and markets to identify and demonstrate emerging trends for business benefits
REQUIREMENTS
Preferred experience in a large Direct Procurement organization dealing with multiple sourcing activities covering Fit-out and FM (besides others)
Experience in Procurement within "Shared Services" is a plus to provide oversight for all procurement RFX processes for smooth delivery of shared service operations to procurement category managers
Experience in using E-sourcing platforms and ERPs, preferably ORACLE, ARIBA and COUPA
In-depth understanding and practiced best-in-class procurement processes, systems, and practices
Knowledge of contract terms and conditions and in-country laws and regulations
Must be capable of assessing legal and business risk when making decisions concerning contractual commitments.
Minmum 5 years Exprience in a similar role
