Description:
Work with the departments across all sites to identify improvement opportunities to deliver sustainable business results.Develop methods to assess and present these opportunities in relation to proposed benefit in order for them to be assessed along with the senior management team to allow prioritization.Participate in Sites ´Lean Diagnostic/Lean project implementation, using Basic and Advanced Lean Sigma tools, coaching the teams, developing local capabilities, running kaizens, etc focusing on the success of the overall projects.Ensure suitable resources and skills are in place to deliver the required continuous improvement culture throughout the business.Develop a method to assess and present these opportunities in relation to proposed benefit in order for them to be assessed along with the senior management team to allow prioritizationSupport the business and the sites and partners in reaching objectives by deploying appropriate tools and methods (eg Class A, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma), and guarantee the correct use.Work closely with plant leadership teams of assigned plants and segment leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and leverage the Lean Six Sigma methodology to drive improvement.Provides project leadership, mentors Operational Excellence team members, and provides training in Lean and Six Sigma concepts.Lead Improvement program in managed services operations by deploying different improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma.Run Six Sigma projects in different locations and also coach local Six Sigma projects.Use Basic and Advanced Lean Management tools, in order to eliminate waste and improve the flow from current processes, generating financial savings and also higher throughput.Self-driven (initiative & drive things to closure) and has excellent understanding of Audit and Certification principles.Identify and quantify improvement opportunities with Class A Assessments, Lean Diagnostics with frequent internal and external benchmarking.Provide a comprehensive overview of Continuous Improvement projects, results, methodologies and tools used across the region.
