ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of the division’s QMS and IMS
Ensure effective quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes across all services and operations
Manage audits, nonconformance close-outs, and lessons learned documentation
Oversee root cause analysis and corrective actions to enhance process quality
Direct document control functions, ensuring compliance, access management, and document security
Collect, analyze, and report quality performance data and KPIs to support operational excellence
Provide quality oversight on technical procurement, including review of SoWs, RFPs, and vendor capability assessments
Develop and manage the division’s annual quality budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and ROI for quality initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams, service providers, and consultants to ensure compliance and alignment with quality objectives
Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 10 years of quality management experience
Proven experience in QMS/IMS implementation, audits, data-driven performance analysis, and process improvement
