Job Description:

Senior Administrator City Management (Arabic / English)

Qatar

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Administrator City Management (Arabic/English) to join our team! In this role you will get to provide programmatic support and general administrative and operational support to the client assigned Department Manager.

What You Will Be Doing

• Ensure error free documentation and support the activities and the productivity of the client assigned department in an effective and efficient manner.
• Strong in administration command & related tasks.
• Exposure to community concept.
• Exposure to collection & invoicing concept.
• Relevant experience in customer management.

What Required Skills You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in an administrative capacity (preferably in the assigned area of specialty).
• Working knowledge of city management / real estate operations.
• Experience in Qatar or GCC will be preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications suite.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high level of accuracy.
• High communication skills in Arabic & English.
