We need a Job Title Specialty Account Manager

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a driven and dynamic professional to join GSK as a Specialty Account Manager in Oman. You will play a pivotal role in building relationships with healthcare professionals, managing key accounts, and driving the adoption of GSK solutions in the market. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to better patient outcomes while accelerating your career in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts to enhance awareness and uptake of GSK products and solutions.
• Develop and implement a strategic territory business plan aligned with GSK’s commercial objectives to achieve sales goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and supply chain, to deliver tailored solutions to accounts.
• Conduct regular external meetings to educate healthcare professionals on disease awareness and patient-centric solutions.
• Monitor product performance, analyze market trends, and provide strategic recommendations to address opportunities and challenges.
• Ensure product availability by working closely with supply chain and commercial teams to manage demand forecasting effectively.

Basic Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
• Recent experience in specialty care & / or Respiratory care within Oman.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English communication.
• Valid Pharmacist license and readiness to travel as required.
• Residency in Oman.

• A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Work Environment
This is a field-based role in Oman. Travel across the assigned territory will be required.
