Ensuring the successful implementation and alignment of HR activities and initiatives within the KSA offices.
Drive HR effectiveness, quality assurance, and the development of Saudization programs to support organizational goals and ensure HR operations are streamlined and efficient.
Duties & Responsibilities
Managerial Duties:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with ACES goals.
Oversee the execution of HR projects and initiatives to alignment with department Objectives.
Partner with senior management/ department managers/ HR team/ employees to ensure HR programs are aligned with ACES objectives and effectively support departmental needs.
Lead and manage large-scale recruitment campaigns to meet staffing requirements across all offices.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, ensuring timely sourcing and efficient onboarding of candidates.
Develop and implement Nationalism programs to ensure compliance with local regulations and increase the representation of nationals within the workforce.
Design and implement retention plan to foster long-term engagement and career development for the staff and especially National staff employees.
Advise on policy development and recommend improvements to existing HR practices.
Ensure HR policies are compliant with local labor laws and ACES standards.
Ensure the consistent application and implementation of HR policies and procedures across all offices.
Assist in setting HR objectives and KPIs for the offices, ensuring alignment with broader ACES goals.
Monitor and report on HR performance against these KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure clear communication and collaboration between HR teams and other departments to support effective implementation of HR initiatives.
Technical Duties:
Lead the execution of HR projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, goals, and objectives.
Develop, execute, and track the effectiveness of HR initiatives, such as recruitment drives, training programs, and Nationalism efforts.
Oversee the recruitment process for mass recruitment campaigns, ensuring the right talent is sourced, screened, and onboarded efficiently.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with local labor laws during recruitment and onboarding processes.
Develop and implement plans to hire and retain nationals in line with local employment regulations.
Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure consistent tracking and monitoring of Nationalism progress.
Conduct regular HR audits and prepare reports on the effectiveness of HR practices across all offices.
Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR practices across the KSA offices.
Ensure the unification and standardization of HR activities and practices across all offices, adhering to ACES requirements and local regulations.
Education
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Industrial Engineer or any related Field
HR Professional Certificate is preferable.
Experience
A minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of Human Resources.
Professional Knowledge
HR strategy development
HR metrics
Labor laws and regulations
HR audits and reporting on HR practices.
HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Nationalism policies and initiatives.
Sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and onboarding processes.
Employee retention strategies.
