Job Description
Tax Planning: Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws and regulations (Corporate & VAT).
Research: Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and conduct thorough research to analyze their impact on clients.
Tax Reporting: Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Client Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their business and provide personalized tax advice and solutions.
Audit Support: Provide support during tax audits, including preparing documentation and representing clients with FTA.
Collaborate with other departments such as the sales and marketing team to guide them.
Training and Education: Provide training and education to staff members or clients on tax-related topics to enhance understanding and compliance.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in VAT.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate tax is desirable.
Bachelor's Degree in Tax or Accountancy.
Ability to learn new tax laws and regulations.
Very good English communication skills in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
Arabic speaker is an advantage.
VAT or corporate tax diploma from PWC is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex tax laws and regulations and apply them to specific situations.
Strong problem-solving skills to identify tax issues and develop creative solutions to address them.
Tax Consultancy firm experience is desirable.
