About the Role :
As a Marketing Professional specialising in Design and Administration, you will play an important role in managing the visual identity and administrative functions of our marketing department. Reporting directly to the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for designing captivating visuals, coordinating administrative tasks, and supporting marketing campaigns.
We are seeking a talented Marketing Professional with a passion for design and administration to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our marketing efforts while leveraging your creative and organisational skills.
Responsibilities:
Designing (40%):
Develop visually compelling assets for marketing collateral, presentations, and design projects to support marketing campaigns, and events across various channels.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines in all marketing materials.
Collaborate with the marketing manager to translate concepts into engaging visual representations.
Administrative Work (40%):
Efficiently manage administrative tasks, including maintaining marketing files, reports, coordinating team activities, handling inquiries and correspondence professionally.
Support data management, including maintaining databases, gathering campaign data, compiling reports, and deriving insights with the Marketing Manager.
Ensure consistent and engaging online presence by managing social media accounts, drafting, scheduling, and publishing compelling posts, and assisting in executing targeted email marketing campaigns.
Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, ensuring smooth execution.
Marketing Campaigns (20%):
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns by coordinating logistics and tracking deliverables.
Support the development of marketing strategies and tactics to achieve campaign objectives.
Assist in coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
University degree in Marketing, Journalism, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 1-year proven experience with Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.).
1 year or less experience in the B2B marketing field, preferably in the legal tech industry.
Exposure to a fast-paced working environment with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively ; strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of CRM Tools (Pipedrive, LeadPages), social scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Mailchimp) and Canva.
