As our new Administrative and Office Coordinator, you will:
Oversee all aspects of office management including cleaning, stationery, maintenance, couriers, documentation, and security.
Manage interactions with external entities such as landlords, administrative institutions, notaries, and ministries.
Handle expense accounting, reporting, organising employee meetings, issuing passes, and other administrative activities.
What you need to be successful:
Minimum 2+ years Office Management experience.
Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with articulate communication skills.
Previous experience in similar administrative roles, ideally in an international and distributed team environment.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage office operations efficiently.
Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
