We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3 Years and above working for an Engineering Consultant Company, your role would be crucial in attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent in the engineering field. Here are some key responsibilities and skills that might be relevant for your role.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific skills, qualifications, and experience required for engineering roles within the company.
Conduct job analyses to create accurate and compelling job descriptions.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to attract qualified engineering candidates.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on predefined criteria.
Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand team dynamics, project requirements, and specific technical skills needed for successful hires.

Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and constructive feedback.
Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed about the recruitment process.
Actively promote the company's employer brand to attract top engineering talent.

Use recruitment metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of different sourcing strategies and improve the overall recruitment process.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Understanding of engineering roles and technical skills required for various positions.
Ability to assess candidates' technical competence during the recruitment process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Proven ability to build and maintain a network of potential candidates within the engineering industry.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
Ability to negotiate and finalize job offers with selected candidates.
